SAILS IX COTE D'AZUR

English photographer Jonathan Chritchley moved to the sailing town of Lymington at 14, immersing himself in the vibrant maritime life. His photography captures the dynamic world on and around the water, with a focus on the elegance of sailing. In his Sail series, Chritchley takes a creative approach by cropping the sails of racing boats into striking abstract images. While viewers can still identify the sails, the result is a visually powerful and intriguing work of art.
